Your dream is stating that you dont fully trust your wife or maybe you just have a slight feeling that she is cheating on you. In your unconscious state your dreams can reveal things that even you wouldn't think you were thinking of, but could also make you feel paranoid as you begin to wonder what your wife is doing. You should know your wife well enough to tell whether she would cheat on you or not. Confront her about your dream. Maybe even in a jokey way and wait for a reaction. Not all dreams are from God.
